Site Terms: Shopping Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the Gift Voucher that you have purchased from Off Road Rush Sydney then you may request a refund of the Gift Voucher within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds are only permitted for Gift Vouchers that have not been used in whole or in part. Refunds can only be processed back to the original purchaser of the Gift Voucher.

After a period of 7 days has elapsed from the date of purchase of the Gift Voucher, the Gift Voucher will be non-refundable in whole or in part however our Gift Vouchers are fully flexible and may be exchanged to be used towards another Off Road Rush Sydney product.

In the case where a drive has been booked and confirmed with a date,  this product is not - refundable unless in extreme circumstances, and at Off Road Rush Sydney discretion. The customer is able to reschedule the experience and change location if required. They are also able to change the experience to one of the same value. Any additional cost to upgrade the experience is payable by the customer. All transactions are listed in Australian Dollars $AUD.
